Two Nuns Returned Pregnant After Missionary Trip To Africa

Two nuns belonging to different orders in Sicily both traveled to Africa for missionary work but went back to Italy pregnant.

One of the women, aged 34 didn’t know she was pregnant until she started experiencing stomach ache and went to the doctor. She has been transferred to a different order in Palermo and may leave monastic life to raise the child.

The other woman who is mother superior had left her home country to Madagascar after she was discovered to be one month pregnant.

The Catholic Church has launched an investigation. Both nuns breached strict rules of chastity but the welfare of their children is uppermost,” a church source told The Sun.

The House voted 230-197  on Wednesday to charge Trump with abuse of power. The house also will immediately continue vote on the second article of impeachment, obstruction of Congress.

President Trump becomes the third US president in history to be impeached.

Church Robbery: Police Demands Bribe Before Action Also Threatens Church

A church in Ogba area of Lagos was allegedly robbed during a vigil service by three men. Two escaped while one was apprehended.

The robber was then taken to the police station but upon getting there, the police officers demanded down payment of N20,000 before the case could be attended to. The parishioner left refusing to pay the bribe to the police officers.  But the next day, three officers visited the church threatened to return the thief and even arrested the parishioner for not giving them the bribe of N20,000 demanded. Ex-Governor, Orji Uzor Kalu Sentenced To 12 Years Imprisonment

Former Abia State governor, Orji Uzor Kalu has been sentenced to 12 years imprisonment by the  federal high court in Lagos after being found guilty on all 39-count charged against him.

Kalu, 59, was convicted of fraud of N7.65billion when he was governor of the state between 1999 and 2007.

Also, the court has ordered the forfeiture of all assets of his company, SLOK to the federal government.
